This workshop is open to students who have just completed grades 5 through 12. Its primary focus is to develop vocal technique with guidance from a trained vocal coach. Participants will prepare a solo song to perform at a concert on Saturday, in addition to learning a group number. The workshop will also explore general theatrical elements, including stage presence and movement.

Performance: Saturday, July 12th @ 2:00 at the Barn Theater

This workshop is open to studnets who have just completed grades 3 through 8. Artists will dive into hands-on projects inspired by the colorful costumes, dramatic sets, and unforgettable scenes from the CLP stage! From props to backdrops, artists will explore the world of theater through paint, clay, collage, and more!

This workshop features:

-Art projects tied to real CLP productions

-Guided sessions in painting, sculpture, mixed media, an stagecraft

-Behind the scenes sneak peeks of past and present CLP productions

-Creative collaborations with fellow young artists

-Guided instruction from a PA state certified Art Educator

A family-friendly singalong extravaganza featuring talented performers taking you on a musical journey of beloved melodies, modern favorites, and timeless classics. The event will be held outdoors behind the barn theater, with picnic blankets and lawn chairs recommended for comfort. Admission is pay-what-you-wish, supporting the Cresson Lake Playhouse and its mission to provide affordable, quality theater to the community.

Our concession stand will be open to offer fun snacks and treats to enjoy during the performances!
